Description

As a Project Manager Training Retail & Banking at bpost, you will play a key role in designing and implementing training programs within the Retail & Banking division. You will oversee a team of six sales coaches and work closely with Learning & Development to define skill requirements and optimize training approaches.

Your responsibilities include establishing training governance, conducting gap analyses, benchmarking industry best practices, and recommending learning tools. Additionally, you will contribute to the “Service Center of the Future” initiative, ensuring frontline staff are equipped with essential skills for an evolving service model.

This position requires a strong background in process and project management, experience in organizational development, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
