Meetup on enabling change
The world is changing forever faster, nothing new there.
Enforcing change does not lead to sustainable change, that is becoming clear as well.
During this Meetup, Jürgen and Karen shared 9 strategies viewed through 3 different impact lenses.
Drawing inspiration from the participants' cases, we delved into these strategies, applied various techniques to make them tangible, and learned how to select the most suitable ones.
9 strategies, 3 angles of impact, and experiencing them 'on the floor'
In this Meetup, Jürgen and Karen presented 9 strategies from 3 impact angles. Nourished by the cases of the participants, we explored the different strategies.
To make them more concrete, we asked participants to select the best description of a strategy they used in change by standing near the most appropriate topic.
Intervision
We utilized intervision to help one participant gain clarity on a change challenge he was facing. This new perspective allowed him to recognize the need to approach the issue from a different angle, marking the initial step towards finding a solution.
